岗位职责:

岗位职责：
1、为中国大陆和中国台湾客户提供KVM产品技术支持。
2、通过400热线，公共邮箱， 在线论坛收集客户产品问题并提供解决方案。
3、必要时升级客户问题，和工程及研发同事协作，给客户提供解决方案。
4、处理售后维修事宜，和相关部门及客户合作完成产品维修。
5、给Vertiv技术论坛提供支持，上传产品信息，回答客户问题。
6、必要的话，给亚太其他区域英语客户提供技术支持。
7、达到/超过全球服务目标/KPI

任职资格:

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，英文水平良好
2、计算机科学与技术相关专业，有Avocent生产品使用或维护经验者优先；
3、熟悉Cisco ,华为, Citrix, ESXi,Microsoft相关产品。
