职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Store Daily Logistics Operations Support
a) As level 1 contact point in terms of delivery schedule, damage, stock availability inquires for supply chain team to receive emails, phone, and BBS inquiries from stores
b) To solve Level 1 logistics issues from stores by coordinate 3PL or cross functions.
c) To escalate Level 2 issues in terms of specific brands stock issues, animation issues, to supply chain planning team, and as the single window to provide the feedback of the issue.
d) Act as eyes of team by visiting stores, and collect feedbacks from fields concerns supply chain, and educate stores supply chain processes.
e) Track the store goods return, follow up the return issues with stores and warehouse to assure the stock accuracy.
f) Keep close communication with cross departments such as retail support, merchandizing, CRM to assure the good logistics service, regular feedback and meeting organization etc.
2. New Store opening/closure/re-looking preparation and coordination
a) Setup new store preparation plan, picking schedule and delivery schedule
b) Coordinate among all respective functions to secure the stock fulfillment rate (products, testers, furniture, and non-trade items) for each new store, and provide final new store opening kit to facilitate new stores
c) Coordinate with cross functions to set up the store closure delivery plan, trace the return delivery and stock clearance in system.
d) Work with retail support department for the stock replenishment, temporary storage and all logistics related needs
3. Data analysis & process management
a) Responsible for the delivery claim data maintain and analysis.
b) To support the team leader on all the operational procedures improvement
Qualifications:
- Over 2 years work experiences, bachelor degree is necessary.
- Experience in supply chain customer services, inventory management and 3PL coordination
- Must have skills:
? Microsoft Office
? Familiar with SAP
? High attention to details,
? Customer service skills and strong serving spirit
- Retail background is a must
- Excellent organization & communication skills, quick response.
- Self-motivated, able to take initiatives and endure heavy job pressure.
- English skill is a plus.
