Responsibility：

主要职责：

1、Based on PRC laws and regulations, the company’s policies, manage payment of cash in bank; manage receiving of cash in bank, checking AR payment status and update related reports, sending out notification to related people.

根据中国法律及规定，执行并管理公司支付现金政策。管理现金收款。核对支付信息及更新相关报表。给相关人员发出通知。

2、Check expense claims or cash advance application according to laws, regulations and company policies.

根据相关法律政策及公司要求，核对支付需求或现金预支申请。

3、Fapiao issuing and VAT-in registration.

发票核对及增值税进项税登记。

4、Registration cash in bank with Journals, reconcile cash in bank with GL accountant monthly; document filing, including job issuing, invoice, COA, etc.

登记银行现金日记。确保月度银行现金与会计对账。文件包括：相关工作问题、发票、COA等。

5、Monthly office admin payment arrangement according to contracts; input labor hour into ERP

根据合同要求对月度支付进行处理。在系统中录入用工小时。

6、Tax bureau, SAFE, State Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau routine works

税务局、及工商局等例行相关工作。

7、Other works assigned by manager

其他领导分配的工作。

Require:

要求：

1、 Familiar with Microsoft Office, good at written and oral English

熟悉办公软件，有一定英语书写及表达力。

2、 Team player

团队合作力。

3、Bachelor degree in Accounting

财务相关专业，本科学历。

4、Over 1 years of cashier experience

1年及以上相关工作。

5、CET-4

英语4级

Accounting major and excellent bachelor degree student is preferred.
