岗位概要: Key Performance Area
? Lead food safety and quality management for Yogurt Plant. 负责厂房的食品安全和质量管理
? Establish and improve Yoplait food safety and quality system.建立和完善优偌酸奶的食品安全和质量系统
? Lead Yoplait ingredients control and process control负责 优诺的成分控制和工艺流程
? Lead regulatory inspection and consumer complaints of Yoplait products.负责优诺产品的日常监督检查和解决消费者的投诉
基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
? Managing ingredients control, manufacturing process, quality control closely in plant/co-packer to ensure products meet all food safety and quality specifications plus relevant regulatory requirements.
? 成分控制管理，制造工艺，按照相关的监管要求严格质量控制工厂和合作包装商，以确保产品符合所有食品安全和质量标准。
? Ensure plant quality system, procedures and SOPs are met and updated according to national and international regulation and GMI policies/standards
? 确保整个工厂的质量体系，程序和标准操作程序符合国家以及国际规则和GMI graphic measures international (图形结构管理及有害物质)-只适用在食品包装上的一个政策/标准
? In charge of buildup and execution of HACCP systems.
? 负责HACCP体系的建设与执行hazard analysis &critical point危害分析及关键控制点-饮料类食品
? Improve quality system in a sustained way to ensure procedures, SOPs are implemented in effectiveness Conduct internal audit and organize/arrange for HQ QRO Verification
? 持续改进质量体系，以确保标准作业程序实施有效性的内部审计，并组织/安排优质 QRO验证
? In charge of supplier management and annual assessment
? 负责供应商管理和年度考核
? Provide training and retraining to plant staffs and employees to build up GMP生产质量管理规范and Food safety awareness
? 为工厂员工和员工提供培训和再培训以建立GMP和good manufactory practice食品安全意识
? In charge of investigation for consumer complaint
? 负责调查研究消费者的投诉
? Build up and maintain good relationship with authorities.
? 与当地政府建立和保持良好的合作关系
? Develop Yoplait QRO organizational capability
? 开发优诺QRO组织能力
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
? Strong leadership capability and rich plant quality management experience in yogurt or dairy industry
? 有极强的领导能力和在酸奶或乳制品行业有丰富的工厂质量管理经验
? Diligent, principled, responsible, honest and with strong logical analysis

? With ability to tackle challenges and changes
