YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

The Retail Allocator is responsible for:

• Completing analytics and other tasks to support DTC business by:
• Creating the allocation plan and ensure timely execution
• Monitoring store stock levels and sales trends through Allocation tools and analytics
• Completing analytics to support balancing stock within stores and across channels as needed
• Reviewing production order status to understand inventory status issues (overstocks, late deliveries, short shipments) and potential impacts and raise concerns
• Reviewing inventory to ensure support of seasonal marketing initiatives
• Managing the stock allocation to stores and balance the stock across stores and channels
• Setting and maintaining data in POS systems, BI and Allocation tools.
• Generating reports from SAP, BI and the POS system
• Perform analytics and identify opportunities and actions based on the results
• Ensure effective two-ways communications with key stakeholders on inventory issues or needs
• Generating and reviewing in-season and post-season analytics that could help hind-sighting and improve business

The Retail Allocator will also:

• Participate in store visits (internal) and competitor market visits (external) to understand retail trends and consumer needs
• Attending meetings as appropriate to learn new skills and increase business knowledge

• Inventory turns
• Accurate and profitable implementation of allocation and replenishment strategies and practices
• Accurate assessment on current inventory, sales performance and projected sales level
• Manage effective inventory flow to maximize product margins and sell-through

• Proficient in MS Excel, BI tools and Allocation and Replenishment systems
• Good time management skill with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Good organizational skills to complete course of action in a structured, organized and efficient manner
• Good communication skills to facilitate resolution of allocation issues
• Good teamwork and collaboration with cross functional teams and with all levels of employees
• Interest in continuously learning by actively seeking opportunities to increase knowledge and new skills
• Retail operations and product (apparel or footwear) exposure to key markets in Asia preferred
• Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
