Job Purpose:
Manages the daily quality control and customer quality assurance activities. Analyzes and responds to customer complaints.Follows quality control guidelines and procedures to ensure that raw materials and finished goods comply with engineering and product specifications.

Position Responsibilities:
1.Compile the quality control flow for every series of products, compile quality standard for certain customer
2.Provide the quality standard to production department
3.Train the relevant person quality knowledge & CAPA
4.Deal with the quality problems during the producing process & from customer complaint
5.Ensure all customer complaints are thoroughly investigated, appropriate corrective actions initiated and response issued to customers in a timely manner
6.Maintain all quality records and prepare weekly report on quality performance
7.Manage ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, FSC, SFI system

Position Requirements:
1.Printing College degree or above
2.Min 4 years experience in printing; Experience in printing quality control will be better
3.Knowledge of ISO9001 or TS16949, ISO14001
4.Knowledge of the seven mail methods of QC and 8D report
5.Good command of English and Mandarin
6.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7.Business trip for requirement
