RESPONSIBILITIES：
Technical Training：
- Development of Training material in Chinese language.
- Delivery of training courses for internal staffs/dealers/OEM/key customers.
- Development of training material for JV products.
Training Administration：
- Training assessment of technician(Deutz/Dealer).
- Issuing training certification.
- Training tools/components/engine preparation and maintenance.

Qualification：
- Education: B.Sc Degree Degree in mechatronics, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or similar.
- Related Experience: ＞5 years with technical training experience for engine and related product.
- Language: English speaking, Reading and Writing(intermediate level).
- Good knowledge EAT technology, electronics and electrical, mechanical.
- Application knowledge in the field of agricultural technology, material handling and construction machinery.
- Good presentation skills.
- Safe handling of software servicetools (E.g., Serdia).
- Accomplished handling of MS-Office.
