Job Description
? Strictly comply with Total policies about HSEQ and code of conduct
? Ensure the company requirements for hosting/security and confidentiality of the data are fully respected.
? Understand big data trends, and known Total MS China digital transformation strategy and Total Group digital strategy to build and operate data platform (eg: Data Middle End) and develop use cases with data solutions.
? Lead the project development teams/vendors to design, architect, develop, integrate, & test solutions, and ensure timely, quality and cost effective delivery of solution and services. Measure the project execution status and report
? Fully understand the data quality from each business lines, timely intervene in data abnormalities, and be responsible for the final data governance results.
? Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders on requirements and prioritization to translate business requirements into a detailed data requirements and technical designs
? Lead or participate the business requirement analysis depends on different projects.
? Work with cross function team to establish data-related innovative solutions, influence and promote innovative data ecological concepts to improve the analysis of business development needs.
? Foster usage and demand of data analytics as well as visualizations and support end-to-end process analysis.
? Coordinate with various technical/functional teams to implement data intelligence models and monitor results.
? Overall coordinate and supervise each digital/IT tools in MS China

Candidate Profile
? Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Data Research, Statistics related disciplines;
? Minimum 3 years of data product manager work experience and big data analysis experience
? Familiar with core business process and business systems of oil and gas industry is a plus.
? Familiar with product design and development workflow, high-quality output of MRD, DEMO, PRD, can independently undertake the entire life cycle of a product;
? Familiar with at least one relational database such as Oracle, MySQL, etc., proficient in Hive/SQL;
? Familiar with at least one of Tableau/Power BI/Quick BI
? Good data sensitivity and data analysis skills, quick problem solving skills, ability to resist pressure
? Strong project management skills, expertise in planning, monitoring and managing progress of projects
? Strong communication skills and coordination skills with both engineers/data scientists and non-technical audiences
? Extremely sensitive to numbers, strong business and data integration ideas, and industry data solution background is preferred;
? Be good at inter-departmental cooperation & supplier management, strive for relevant resources, coordinate relevant teams to implement product strategy and achieve business results;
? Excellent English level, able to write product documentation in English
