• Establish human resource recruitment planning and define the talent acquisition strategies align with business goals
• Lead talent acquisition team to search high level talents to meet CGP Group  business development needs
• Deeply understand competitors’ business and make the talent mapping and provide the value points
• Search for innovative solutions in line with market trend to develop competitive advantage in the job market
• Design and implement employer branding strategy

• Bachelor degree or above, at least 10 years working experience in talent acquisition and at least 3 years as a team leader. Headhunter background is preferred
• Excellent mapping skills
• Accountable, open minded and sense of innovation
• Able to work in the pressure and result-driven
• Fluent in oral & written English
