职位描述
1、负责所辖区域的消防、安全保卫、保安人员管理工作,建立完备的制度并严格执行;做好动态监测，确保安全稳定的办公秩序;
2、落实各项安全管理制度,维护正常办公秩序,确保公司财产和员工、访客的生命财产安全;
3、负责制定安保相关的工作计划并组织实施;定期召开工作例会,落实和完善工作计划和培训计划;
4、负责人员管理工作,落实岗位职责,做好人员绩效考评工作;了解保安的思想动态,立足公司与员工实际问题的解决,定期向相关负责人汇报;
5、组织保安人员的在职培训、技能与体能训练,组织各类突发预案的演习与消防培训,组织对新员工的入职安全培训;
6、各类活动支持,重大活动、重要客人的安全保卫工作,做好紧急预案的处理工作及善后工作;
7、负责和地方消防安部门/属地公安机关建立良好的合作关系;。
