职位描述
- 负责项目设计工作的组织与跟进，并高效完成具体方案；
- 校对设计图纸，负责设计全过程中图纸修改和变更工作；
- 管理团队建设工作，调动团队工作热情，培养并向公司推荐优秀的管理和技术人才；
- 与外部客户的谈判沟通，方案推广，提高客户满意度，提高我司行业竞争率；
- 参与评估部属的工作，协调解决部属工作中出现的问题；
- 规划部属工作职责，明确部属的工作任务，对工作进行合理分工；
- 培养部属的工作能力，提高部属的工作技能；
- 完成上级交派的其他任务。
任职资格：
1.熟练使用AUTOCAD,PHOTOSHOP,SKETCH UP，3DMAX，SU等软件；
2.有良好的手绘透视图能力；
3.具有良好的装饰专业的设计素质、设计表达、文字沟通能力；
4.在设计方面见解独到，形成独特的设计风格，对装修潮流、行业趋势有敏锐的视角和前瞻性；
5.为人正直、热情、有创造力，责任心强，注重团队合作；
6.大型室内设计公司或外资企业工作5年以上工作经验，主导过大型办公室、酒店、宾馆、商业空间、高级别墅等的设计及施工；
7.有中高级设计师资格证书优先；
8.大专以上学历，室内设计、环艺设计专业毕业；
9.良好的英文听说读写沟通能力优先。
