职责描述：

1. Assist department managers in organizing bidding, including pre-qualification, drafting tender documents, organizing bidding, mentoring, negotiation and evaluation, etc.

2. Be responsible for reviewing the approval results of the construction supervising unit;

3. Calculate the daily cost of the project and provide suggestions for design cost changes;

4. Be re

sponsible for calculating and audit design estimate, construction drawing budget, tender document preparation, quantity calculation, etc.

5. Responsible for the measurement of project cost, preparation of fund plan and market inquiry for building materials;

6. According to the progress of the project, submit the project expense report in stages: review the interim payment and final settlement of the project, which include the review of engineering verification, check and negotiation with the contractor, and prepare the settle accounts sheet;

7. Be responsible for auditing the site instructions, on-site signing, and the related project changed negotiation costs reported by the contractor, controlling the payment time and proportion of the project funds, auditing the payment of the project funds, completing the settlement management, budget estimate and settlement report.

任职要求：

1. Major in engineering, cost management, engineering budget and other related disciplines; bachelor degree above (Cost Master Certificate must be available)

2 More than 5 years' working experience in relevant construction units;

3. Be proficient in the quota of project budget and the valuation requirements of national and local quantities list, and be familiar with the related equipment and materials market prices, supply situation and the applicable provisions of the project cost management.

4. Master office software and budget software;

5. Strong organization and coordination ability and excellent communication ability;

6. Be responsible for your work and have a strong dedication.

7. Experience in catering is preferred.

8. Be able to adapt to a certain frequency of business trips.
