Department Overview:
Symantec’s Sales Organization offers enterprise customers more than 200 solutions within its security, storage and systems management software portfolios. These solutions are delivered to customers through multiple sales channels, including Direct B2B, Value-Added Resellers and Strategic Partnerships. Responsibilities:
The Assistant Territory Account Manager is responsible for creating and qualifying leads and opportunities of Commercial in the assigned regional market, Hainan for this position.
? Responsible for the accelerating SMB business in assigned territory.
? Recruit, develop and training territory SMB partners.
? Improve SMB partner’s interest in SMB business, set up smoothly cooperation eco-system.
? Win back competitors’ partners and accounts
? Improve account coverage,
? Solidly execute” go to market” strategies.
? Team work with SYMC’s inside sales and channel sales

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
? Strong “ Number commitment ” DNA
? At least 3 years+ of demonstrated SMB business, channel development and channel management experience in the IT industry.
? Ability to guide partners to accelerate point product selling with demonstrated experience
? Familiar with territory’s Security and Server industry and related partners.
? Passion and team work
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Excellent presentation skills.
