1、熟悉建筑工程系列的法律法规、规章制度，有一定的理论基础和较好的专业技术工作能力。

2、遵守职业道德，有团队合作精神。

3、熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、PPT、OUTLOOK等多媒体办公软件。

4、20-45周岁，身体健康，可适应不良天气或环境下项目现场工作。

5、本科及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，给排水、暖通、电气、设备安装、工民建、钢结构、幕墙等相关专业，中级以上职称。

6、持有职业资格证书者优先。
