A. Overall Purpose Of The Job
Digital Marketing is responsible for creating and designing, as well as delivering of various marketing programs towards supporting growth and expansion of Raffles Medical (Hospital & Clinic) range of services and new programs, especially via the digital space. The role seats within the corporate service division and focus primarily externally, in establishing both consumer and corporate customer relationship.
Working very closely within the marketing team, digital marketing specialist will lead and building the digital presence with the targeted group(s)/segments he/she is assigned to. In the mission to expand company brand preference, digital marketing communicates to the right consumer (patients) and customer streams within the broad digital space, implementing the annual digital marketing strategy ensuring alignment to the overall business objectives and brand values.
The role will include delivering social media strategies and executions of different communication tactics & occasions in making visibility appeal in specific media channels and also defining various promotional and execution of lead generation activities.
B. Key Responsibilities
· Position & build Raffles Medical as a trusted International brand name in the healthcare industry through digital and social media strategy in alignment with our business strategy
· Contribute to building, creating and maintaining a high level of engagement as well as a follower base for local social media platforms in alignment with objectives and plans defined by Raffles
· Identify new platforms and collaboration opportunities for Raffles Medical as new digital trends emerge in China fast moving digital landscape.
· Develop and establish outreach and new alliance relationships with brands/alliance partners/ influencers/communities to ensure new opportunities and expansion in patient touchpoints
· Write, develop, and strategize for online content production and scheduling
· Digital PR communications where crisis and negative news communications are required.
· Work with teams to identify social media content, topics, and information flow.
· Direct management of selected agency partners within the China digital market, focusing on ensuring optimal service, compliance and top-notch execution.
· Ensure KPIs and content plans are being achieved digitally nationwide, especially as they relate to support services being offered by the agency partner to achieve said goals.
· Seek out innovative partnerships with KOLs, other brands, streaming platforms, etc. to further increase the awareness and appeal of Raffles Medical brand amongst target demographic.
· Content developer, writer & management required to deliver appropriate appealing content plans relevant to the audience online.
· Researching, target/identification of segments to classification of specific desired targeted customer group and how to reach them, generating demand pull.
· Handling of various leads generation (patients and customers) digitally, funnelling to potential pitches with key corporate customer streams when needed.
· Reaching out to new customers, delivering of dynamic corporate presentations and pitches outlining benefits of company’s offerings and portfolio (Services/Packages/Programmes/Talks) to potential alliance partners and customers as required.
· Data analysis, landscape evolution and market research driven ability to constantly deliver touchpoint digitally, especially in the social media space
· Analyse, track and report on market/channel/specific target group and also outcome of programs/ services and packages launched. Track metrics on audience, content, views, and competitors.
· Partnerships with IT and agencies to plan, execute, track, and optimize online system for patients and doctors. · Utilize social media monitoring tools to proactively analyze and report feedback on current efforts
· Manage social media and media ad spends including budget reports
· Performs any other duties as assigned by commercial director/senior leadership has within the scope of overall commercial service function.
C. Job Profile Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)
· Strong digital space planning, organizational and executional experiences
· Experience in developing, implementing and tracking social media
· Proven working experience with partners and community management and has developed good knowledge of the digital industry in China
· Comprehensive understanding of online ecosystem and its relationship as it relates to delivering annual business objectives.
· Strong communication and presentation competence. Need excellent verbal and written communication skills · Effective Computer skills (Adobe MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point)
· Multi-tasking, cross functional stakeholder management skill Required Competencies (Critical behaviours necessary to successfully perform the job)
· Ability to successfully manage multiple schedules and projects simultaneously.

Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
· >3 years’ experience in digital marketing or marketing functions
· Experience working with social media platforms and digital marketing incl. strong affinity to big data (Digital Marketing)
· Candidate must have significant experience working with digital marketing and/or e-business either from the client or agency side. Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
· University graduate or post-graduate degree in business studies, marketing or communications
Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job)
· Language - Fluent English capability in speaking and writing; with a secondary language depending on specific target channels and groups allocated.
