A Foreign Trade

1 Steering relevant competence function according specific requirements for providing local company approach

2 Coordinating all Foreign Trade activities in the companies and providing guidelines for operational business

3 Ensuring the observance of foreign-trade-law regulations in the operational foreign-trade and logistics processes

4 Monitoring and controlling the proper and on-time operational foreign-trade processing (e.g.documentation, coordination with authorities, legal and customs handling for all HELLA companies in the region)

5 Implementing new requirements/processes, based on legal or operational general conditions, analyzing existing processes and systems regarding legal compliance and cost-effectiveness

6 Support planning budgets and coordination with the specialist divisions/locations, cost planning and capital expenditure planning with Controlling

B Leadership

1 Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks

2 Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks

3 Responsible for hiring process and sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands

Requirements

1. Auto Industry Prefer


2. 3 years experience and above


3. Work in Corporate with independent customs dept


4. Able to work under pressure


5. Strong communication skills


6. Be familiar with customs Compliance, Royalty, Transfer Pricing


7. Connection with international team


8. Fluent English
