Job Purpose:

1. Together with Site management, develop our people on site supporting business organizations, in close cooperation with managers, practicing Lean approach & Gemba walk as way to drive Human Resources on site.
2. Perform as HR generalist to ensure best in class HR service supporting our people and teams, making HR a competitive advantage for our business.
3. Work as a key team player in GCHR Shanghai team. Share and align HR process with other sites in GC.
4. Work as HR ambassador in communications with HoDs/business management.

Responsibilities:

1. Support Recruitment (including Advertise and update JD information of opening positions via internal and external channels; Identify and shortlist potential candidates, and coordinate interview arrangement, new joiner check in and check out process
2. Develop people with managers while deploying Company processes & tools, taking in consideration both business needs and people aspirations
3. Not limited to recruitment, but also responsible for the internal communication function in Shanghai site activities coordination
4. Support HR team activities
5. HR operations (e.g. Staffing, training arrangement, employee activities)
6. Team working with the HR team in Shanghai to mobilize HR resource in order to provide HR service in Shanghai site in terms of full spectrum and high level of quality.
7. Effective communication to manage flow of information top-down and bottom up. Good listening and professional relationships with employees, HoDs, site management, regional HR and country HR.
8. HR Admin (daily operation)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in HR or a related field.
2. Knowledge and experience working with employee’s income tax declaration, legal, compensation, benefits issues
3. Excellent communication skills; Ability to represent complex issues and recommendations in simple ways to enable business decisions
4. Strong proficiency in MS Office; Prior experience and competencies in data processes / management using PeopleSoft and Business Objects
5. Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, mandarin and English.
6. Open attitude, transparency, interest & ability for innovation, able to get & develop benchmark.
