1、有IT项目设计，有平台技术架构设计能力；

2、有结构、非结构数据建模经验，有较强逻辑模型设计、抽象能力，熟悉通用建模工具；

3、有主数据、元数据、数据质量、数据运营等相关专业技能和经验，熟悉行业通过的软件；

4、了解数据仓库建设理论与方法、具备丰富的实践经验；

5、熟悉Oralce\SQL\Hive\HBase\MongoDB\My SQL等主流数据库相关知识和经验；

6、熟悉Java或Python服务端编程，有一定具备前端HTML5/JS开发、部署经验；
