Job Description

^{_{Office Admin}}

• Management fixed assets, keys and blue prints
• Mange and control daily stationery warehouse, budget annul consumption
• Control daily consumption warehouses and building/equipment prepare warehouse
• Set any admin related payments, e.g. telephone fee, water/electrical cost, car/cleaning/security etc. And support on generation related data for annul budgeting use.
• Support on organization company activities, such as outing/annual dinner

_{HR Admin}

• Prepare monthly report for KEC, including headcount/energy/safety report.
• Arrange and mange external training for hourly workers
• Manual update/maintain internal and external training records
• Support on company procedures review, upload to public drive
• Commercial insurance coordination.

• Daily attendance management, coordinate with leave/OT application, summary monthly attendance report.
• According to monthly attendance report, double check monthly lunch allowance form.

• Communication coordination, assist on meeting invitation/communication notes delivery.
• Maintain employees' personnel info in internal HR system

• Local contact for CPGS daily work
