职位描述
Strategy, Planning & Budget
? Develop and execute a premium digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall Business and Marketing priorities ensuring One Global Brand
? Set and execute annual digital marketing plan with clear priorities, KPIs and measures to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
? Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in local team and at the HQ to set strategy and plan
? Ensure that all activities are on time and on budget. Manage budget tracking, follow up on KPIs and post-campaign ROI evaluation
? Analyze and evaluate the strategy and plan implemented, including a comparison with competitor’s, to define results achieved, propose improvements and benchmarks for futures plans and activities
? Keep on top of current trends, news, and opinions, to request content and create strategies aimed at target consumers
? Educate the HQ on key nuances specific to the Chinese market and provide input on how to make our work more globally relevant where possible
Digital Orchestration & Performance monitoring
? Orchestration and prioritizing among social media, marketplaces, own platform’s, press and other media, to connect all digital touchpoints ensuring alignment with Marketing and Communication strategy and maximize the outcome of consumer, brand and business value
? Ensure an omni-channel experience and that the action plan is seamless and consistent throughout all digital touch points
? Be the guardian of digital brand presence, SEO/SEM, etc
? Continuously analyze digital campaign performance, making changes and recommendations to achieve/exceed business KPIs.
Own Platforms
? Monitor marketing performance and work with global team to optimized digital journey, and to ensure the KPIs achievement.
? Among others: WeChat/Weibo/Douyin Service Account
? Responsible, together with IT, for set-up and implementation, and for the ongoing maintenance and upgrading of the account.
? Owner of content creation and calendar for accounts and ensure clear positioning according to Global Brand directions
Constantly review the account strategy and adjust with agility to ensure consumer value, effectiveness and meet business needs.
? Responsible for performance tracking, optimization & reporting to relevant stakeholder to ensure KPI achievement & performance optimization
? Plan and orchestrate moments according to annual marketing calendar & campaign strategies.
? Identify new digital platforms that are used by early adopters/curious professionals that are in line with the business goal and strategy.
Data Insight
? Analyze digital customer behavior to identify trends and sales channels that can be used to drive growth and maximize brand exposure
? Seek for data insights to optimization on current business and marketing practices
? Ensuring follow-up actions based on insights or findings and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
? Regularly report and provide insight, including analysis and recommendations/optimizations/best practice, to the local team and the HQ that that explain data in a clear way and that is visually appealing
Digital Media Agency Management
? Establish and maintain great relationships with agency
? Manage agency’s work on a daily basis to ensure the quality deliverables, especially for creative and innovation content output
? Agency briefing and plan evaluation
? Agency quotation evaluation and audit to ensure the cost efficiency
? Social Media
? Lead the planning of social media campaigns to be executed by the agency according to annual marketing calendar and local strategies.
? Ensure content is according to brand standard
? Optimize social media campaigns, and to ensure the KPIs achievement.
? New Social Media Development
? Identify new social media and marketing channels that are used by early adopters and/or could be interesting in other ways for our business goal and strategies.
? Digital Brand Campaigns
? Owner of Digital Brand Campaigns to secure one face to the consumer across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications or related field
? 5+ years working with advertising in the major Chinese social/digital media channels either at the agency or client-side with in-depth knowledge about the Chinese digital platforms being able to use the digital platforms to not only increase and measure ROI but also to increase brand awareness
? Ability to work both operational and strategic with a goal-oriented mindset
? Proven strong analytical skills and ability to transform insights into actions
? Strong project management and time management skills with focus on execution and implementation
? Strong passion and knowledge about brand growth and an interest in working with building and changing brand perception
? Structured, with attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high accuracy levels.
? Solution oriented, even with limited information, and uses past experience or precedent to identify and suggest solutions or to adapt existing approaches to resolve issues. Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action.
Strong written and oral communication skills. Interprets and explains information to audiences who are not familiar with the subject.
? Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
? Positive attitude and a good team player, at ease with matrix organization and with a “never stop learning” mindset
