Key Responsibilities

Assist to develop product marketing strategy for Australia and New Zealand section

Assist to conduct client school analysis and marketing plan/business scorecard for key clients

Assist to design and execute Australia and New Zealand counseling and marketing tool

Coordinate and communicate with onshore team

Assist to manage key client relation

Assist to identify and develop IDP China Australia and New Zealand product positioning strategy

Work with local and online marketing team in all kinds of campaigns including but not limited to educational events and online campaigns. As a key stakeholder to provide Australia and New Zealand counseling team with clearly articulated product selling points

Support the counseling training & development with effective knowledge sharing

Meet with representatives of Australia and New Zealand institutions, and share educational knowledge, information, and experiences with team

Conduct survey and research initiatively

Key Relationships within the organization

IDP China Destination Manager, Australia and New Zealand: Destination Officer, Australia and New Zealand, will work with Destination Managers, to formulize IDP China Australia and New Zealand Product Strategy and to communicate with Australia and New Zealand clients and onshore team.

IDP China Australia and New Zealand Counseling team: Destination Officer, Australia and New Zealand, will coordinate with Australia and New Zealand Counselors for client related issue, training and project needs.

IDP China central and local marketing team: Destination Officer, Australia and New Zealand，with work with central and local marketing team for Australia and New Zealand product daily promotion and specific campaign.

Expected Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year working experience in education related industry.

Experiences in research and reporting.

Basic understanding of education system in Australia and New Zealand.

University graduate is required with good command of English (Spoken and reading), at least IELTS 6.5 equivalents.

Highly self-motivated and possess good skills in presentation and coaching

Experience of studying and living in Australia and New Zealand is a plus
