Acne Studios is looking for an outstanding and service-minded English and Mandarin speaking individual with a strong sales focus, administrative skills, and empathy for customers’ inquiries. This job will provide you with a broad understanding of our business and your assignments will include daily customer contacts through telephone, email, live chat and social media. You will work within a department of crucial importance to our business, handle daily communications internally and externally with logistics and shipping companies, and will learn about various aspects of e-commerce and fashion businesses.

This is a full-time position with approximately 40 hours per week that will provide you with a broad understanding of our business.Your assignments will include daily customer contacts through various channels and assisting with operational tasks to ensure smooth order fulfillment and returns. You will actively work to build and maintain a strong customer base and proactively develop sales. A passion for the digital side of the fashion industry and high-touch customer service are essential for this role, and we expect you to understand the Chinese consumers preferences in an excellent way.

You will be based at our Shanghai office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Proactively work to drive sales
• Provide best-in-class, high-touch customer service and support to customers primarily through email, telephone, live chat and social media.
• Provide customer services over local social media channels (e.g. Wechat), by conducting both proactive and reactive dialogue with Chinese customers
• Build relationships with our customers to ensure a personal customer experience and increased customer retention
• Develop an intimate knowledge of our customers’ needs and our products
• Manage customer orders and logistics, with active use of order management system and order database.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and spoken skills in Mandarin and English is required
• Sales driven and result orientated is a must for this role

• A passion for the digital side of the fashion industry
• Reliable, independent, and flexible

• Highly motivated, self-initiative, and yet a team-player

• Outgoing and socially active in professional contexts. Forms contacts and maintains relationships.
• Service-minded with a good understanding of customer needs and with a great customer focus
• Energetic - Have the ability to work hard and spend time, energy and commitment to their work.
• Experience from living abroad, preferably Sweden, is meriting, as well as documented e-commerce experience from mainland China
• Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
