Job Summary 职位描述:

Work closely with Development Team and Product Team to ensure deliverables fall within the scope and timeline. This role requires solid, practical experience with the techniques and approaches in guiding and supporting cross functional project teams. The Project Manager collaborates with their team members, including but not limited to Product Owners, Developers, Designers and business stakeholders. They are also responsible for identifying and removing impediments, facilitating discussions for making appropriate process decisions, and creating solutions to overcome obstacles.

Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

？ Help development team to break down requirements and tasks, make detailed project plan to track progress.

？ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and costs.

管理项目范围，项目排期及项目成本等各类更变事项。

 

？ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope. Report and escalate all obstacles to management as needed.

确保所有项目均能够按时结项，并且项目产出物与项目范围相符。如有需要，向管理层汇报或升级项目问题及进展。

 

？ Establish and maintain communication with all stakeholders and project members. Clearly communicates project status and technical concepts, provides regular updates and estimated time of completion.

建立并保持与各项目关联方及项目组成员的良好沟通。清楚地传达项目状态和技术概念，提供定期更新和预计完成时间。

 

？ Improve project process as needed to achieve the overall goal.

改进项目流程以达到总体目标。

 

？ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 知识、技能与能力要求

Required: 必要条件

？ Understanding of Agile and Traditional Program and Project Management best practices. 熟悉敏捷开发和传统项目管理。

？ Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management. 了解软件开发生命周期的所有要素，包括规划，开发，需求管理，需求变更管理，质量保证和发布管理。

？ Workable writing, speaking and reading skill in English, English can be used as daily working language. 日常工作可支持的英文听说读写能力。

？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 优秀的书面及语言沟通能力。

？ Solid skill of multitasking and fast-paced project execution. 可以胜任多任务同时进行，以及快速的项目执行。

 

 

Preferred：优先考虑

？ Experience with continuous integration and test-driven development/design practices. 持续集成和测试驱动开发/设计实践的经验。

？ Agile, Project, or Scrum certification. 敏捷开发，项目管理或Scrum认证。

 

 

Experience Requirements: 经验要求

？ 3 years of experience managing software development projects. 3年管理软件开发项目的经验。

 

 

Education Requirements: 教育背景要求

？ Bachelor ‘s Degree in related field required. Masters of Science or Masters of Business Administration highly preferred. 需要相关领域的学士学位。理学硕士或工商管理硕士优先。
