Deputy Branch Manager 分公司副经理

岗位职责:

·了解工商业企业项目和市场的发展和动态，对市场信息有敏锐的洞察力；
·负责战略经销商的网络管理与发展；
·能够与经销商保持有效的沟通并给予经销商支持，包括但不限于销售培训、政策讲解、产品演示、市场活动组织；
·努力完成公司制定的销售目标任务；
·定期向分公司经理做工作汇报和市场分析；
·分公司经理交予的其他工作任务。

岗位要求:

·对于工作有良好的计划、组织、执行和协调能力；
·有清洁设备行业从业经验和可用渠道者优先考虑；
·身体健康，适应经常出差，能够承担相应的工作压力；
·良好而富有成效的沟通与谈判技巧；
·良好的计算机操作能力和英语听、说、读、写能力。


Job Responsibilities:

·To get to know commercial and industrial project and market potential;
·To manage and develop strategic dealer network;
To keep effective communication and full support to dealers, such as sales training, policy explanation, demonstration and presentation, marketing activity organization but not limit on these content;
To fulfill the sales target regulated by company;
· To report sales summary and analyze market to BM regularly;
· To finish other tasks distributed by BM.-

Job Requirements:

· Good ability of planning, organization and executive;
·
· Candidate with cleaning industry and available network is preferred;
·
· Healthy and get used to business trip and working with pressure;
·
· Skillful and effective communication and negotiation;
·
· Good ability for computer operation and English reading, speaking and writing.
