我们的客户是一家在香港股交所上市，目前拥有员工3000余人,主要从事电子产品组装，目前集团子公司遍布于美国、加拿大、日本、欧洲各国及北京、深圳、苏州、台湾等地区

学历:本科及以上学历

月薪: 20-30K*13月

工作职责：

1.Manage business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.

2.Partner with business functional leads to improve processes and realize efficiencies;

3.Bridge business users and development team to ensure business needs are well-addressed and validate technical solution and/or processes fulfilling such needs

4.Work closely with business users, vendors and IT team to drive user testing exercise including UAT preparation e.g Test cases and Test Plans

5.Perform QC cycles and manage UAT exercises

6.Support Requirement Traceability to address issues, risks, dependencies and changes requests etc. for proper decision

7.Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to project team members/business users to ensure key business knowledge are well documented and leveraged amongst the organization

8.Manage end-to-end delivery of projects/change initiatives in accordance with the Project Governance, Methodologies and Framework

9.Translate and breakdown business scenarios into workable requirements or logic for developers to follow up.

10.Manage vendors to ensure successful project execution

11.Compile management reports

12.Compile training materials and system documentation such as user manuals and system manuals.

具体要求:

1.Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines.

2.At least 5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, system development and application support

3.Proven track record in hands on end-to-end scoping, feasibility study, business analysis, QA & testing under multinational and matrix organizational environment

4.Experience in Oracle EBS (R12) implementation, upgrade, and production support in Oracle Finance, Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing modules would be an advantage

5.Experience on Oracle PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL and Excel VBA Scripting for troubleshooting, data extracts and software development would be an advantage.

6.Developer background would be an advantage

7.Work Experience in Manufacturing Industry / Electronics Manufacturing Industry would be an advantage

8.Ability to work independently in high pressured, timeline driven environment

9.Good communication, presentation and influencing skills

10.Proficient in both spoken and written English , Cantonese & Putonghua
