Job Description:

1. Assist to prepare, review and translate commercial contracts and other legal documents in English and Chinese;

2. Contract and other legal documents management;

3. Assist in potential risk management and dispute resolution;

4. Assist in IP rights maintenance;

5. Assist to provide legal advice and conduct legal research if required;

6. Other legal support if required.

Key qualification:

1. Master or Bachelor's degree, majored in Law

2. Good written and spoken English communication skills

3. Good MS office skills
