Job Description:

    

    

·         Provide assistance of manager and administration task

    

协助经理和行政工作

    

·         Raise risk order application and standard contract approval application, follow up the process of contract approval

    

提出风险指令申请和标准合同审批申请，跟进合同审批流程

    

·         Deliver signed contracts to customers and/or collect back contracts signed by customers;

    

向客户交付已签署的合同和/或收回客户签署的合同；

    

·         Help taking care of miscellaneous issues in tender-bidding process;

    

协助处理投标过程中的各种问题

    

·         Create PR in QAD

    

在QAD过程中建立良好的公共关系

    

·         Support sales to check delivery's PO/receipts;

    

支持销售部门检查交货订单/收据；

    

·         Support sales team flight & hotel booking

    

协助销售团队预订航班和酒店

    

·         Co-ordinate and prepare company events (eg. Outing, annual dinner)

    

协调和准备公司活动（如出游、年会晚宴）

    

    

    

Job Requirements:

    

    

·         Based in Beijing

    

工作地点位于北京

    

·         Bachelor degree, working experience as admin assistant/HR assistant is a plus

    

本科学历，行政助理/人力资源助理工作经验者优先

    

·         Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal

    

流利的中英文书写和口头表达能力

    

·         Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different levels throughout the company

    

良好的人际交往技能和与公司不同层面互动的能力

    

·         Well organized, and pay attention to details

    

组织良好，注重细节

    

·         Self-motivated, able to handle multiple assignments, manage priorities and deadlines

    

自我激励，能够处理多项任务，管理优先事项和期限
