1. Ownership of technical aspects of Technology Development project assigned to candidate
2. Works directly on the assigned projects to help define the technical direction and meet the technical targets.
3. Communicates and helps coordinate work with other personnel assigned to project
4. Provides regular reports on progress and highlights risks along with potential mitigation and/or solutions
5. Helps to ensure that scope is covered and on agreed schedule
6. Design instruments, tooling, as well as other mechanical structures or devices in accordance to performance requirements
7. Build vacuum chambers and related mechanical structures, which may require the independent use of machining tools & solving fabrication challenges.
8. Write test plans and reports from tests and/or studies
9. Engage with external suppliers of key technologies, as needed
10. Understand existing HMI products and underlying technology
11. Provide technology transfer to others at HMI, as needed
12. Participate in the generation of intellectual property supporting the ASML/HMI technology leadership

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate with Master’s degree or above, at least 5 years of relevant working experience is required for Bachelor’s degree.
2. Be familiar with software such as Solidworks, NX etc.
3. Must be able to design mechanical structures independently.
4. Excellent English skill, can use as working language. Good oral and written communication skills.
5. Good overall knowledge of electron optics, sources, detectors, and other sub-systems is a plus.
