The HR specialist will report to HR Operation Lead, based in Shanghai. This position will work closely with Upjohn HR across the HR function and business to ensure HR processes operate smoothly and guarantee colleague experience during transition period.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support HR function and business to complete HR processes/ transactions by working with Upjohn helpdesk
• Data consolidate, validation and analyst to ensure colleague data accuracy
• Translate global HR policy and send HR notification/ announcement through HR mailbox
• Local HR support to employee if necessary, ig residence permit, work permit, working visa, etc.
• Manage HR chopping process and employee verification letter delivery.
• Ad-hoc tasks to support HR function operate smoothly and guarantee colleague experience during Upjohn transition period.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1+ years HR experience
• Good at Microsoft Office, ie, Excel, Work, PPT and Photoshop app etc.
• English fluent
• Be agile, detailed, analytic, collaborative, and flexible
