SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Manager is a proven sales professional whose energy, focus and determination are matched by well-developed selling skills and people management expertise. He/ She will manage their regional area to meet sales goals in unit sales and revenue.
The Sales Manager is managing a large sales area for Align Technology with multiple territories and Sales reps selling Orthodontic/iTero Products, the individual will be responsible for managing the Align business within their defined geography, with their primary objective being to achieve Operational Plan in line with company and country strategic objectives through the ongoing development of their team. The Sales Manager should accomplish this through extensive support and development of their team, via one-to-one coaching and demo visits, one-to-one business reviews and ongoing personal development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, in the area of:
Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
Achievement of quarterly and annual regional sales targets/Operational Plan
Management, direction, and motivation of the team, including: development of sales plans, targets, and strategies and the removal of obstacles to success
Provide all appropriate reporting to the director, including feedback from customers and subsidiaries
Develop the staffing model within the region. Hiring of all employee within the region to develop a high-performance team, be responsible to make regional succession plan
Establish a learning team by making and executing learning plan, optimize execution procedure, improve the team practicing GOCLEAR system and proficiency using Salesforce.
Involve in company budget making, analysis and control the regional expense within budget.
Drive growth and revenue through diverse existing and new channels
Manage sales through existing distribution channels. Develop, formulate, and scale-up new distribution channels
Manage regional AR, implement and support in making the company operation strategy.
Make effective marketing plan, increase the product awareness and reputation in the market.
Establish a strong relationship with existing and new customers; maintain KOLs by establish good cooperation relationship, develop the speakers strategically in the region.
Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products;
Keep abreast of what competitors are doing;
Provide training in product knowledge, selling skills, and territory management, SFDC, and Align Terms and Conditions of Business
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure the team comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to regional manager and/or Human Resources.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Travel according to business needs
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BA and or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 8 to 10 years sales experience, with previous experience at Manager level
Proven leadership and ability to grow into Regional Sales Manager role within one or two years
Bottom-line and results oriented
Ability to plan and follow through on projects
Demonstrated success through the application of a sales methodology
Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication and active listening skills
Possess a proven record of maintaining a high level of client and employee satisfaction and a strong affinity with the business development process and organization-wide culture
Ability overcome unexpected setback and issues
Experience in budget management
