工作内容：
-Deliver overall strategic analysis of operations and SLA results;
-Ensure alignment of expectations between Neusoft operations team and partner;
-Develop and implement mid to long-term strategy to enhance the business relationship and drive continuous improvement;
-Maintain regular communication with partner’s regional managers to ensure service delivery quality meets expectations;
-Oversee performance improvement projects in each service delivery site
工作要求：
-10 years’ experience as project manager, account manager or senior consultant in IT industry;
-Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both English and Mandarin;
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
-Experience facing both operations and corporate level members of multi-national clients;
-Clearly demonstrates professional, outgoing attitude and ability to work closely with senior management;
