2. 3~5年货代公司进出口操作经验。

3. 良好的英文听说读写能力，要求CET4以上，CET6更佳。

4. 有独立和海外沟通的经验，有独立操作直客与指定货的经验。

5. 对各航线有一定的了解，对各大船公司/航空公司订舱要求熟悉优先考虑。

6. 良好的工作习惯，很强的责任心，能处理各种突发事件的发生。

7. 善于沟通，反应敏捷，认真仔细，具备较强的亲和力，协调能力和团队合作精神，工作条理性强，具有主动的客户服务意识。
