职位描述
一、主要工作职责及评估标准
1、Process and system support
1) Build and maintain the most efficient and customer supportive way of logistics department.
2) Directs materials staff to insure objectives, schedules and budgets are achieved. Also, ensure individual performance goals and personal development action plans are achieved.
Procedure follow up and maintain
2、Supply chain management
1)Manages plant purchasing activities for items procured.
2)Source, Negotiate and manage the supplier’s price, quality and delivery performance.
3)Insure availability of all purchased material to meet manufacturing requirements
4)Drive the supplier location and price negotiate to meet company cost out goal.
5)implementation of modern SCM approaches (including JIT, KanBan, Vendor Managed Inventory, and Lean Manufacturing)

3、 Logistics management
1) Coordinate internally & externally in solving problems and ensuring a smooth and problem free handling of goods in and out from the company.
2) Devises methods to insure the most economical movement of materials in/out of the plantFreight and duty reduction.

1)Ensure continuous improvement to standard logistics processes, such as replenishment, data interchange systems, demand /order management, warehouse management, shipping, receiving, data systems administration and other related functions.
2)Other duty assigned by management.
Position Requirements 岗位要求
1、 Basics 基本条件
College degree and major in Material management.
Good English ability in communication and technical.
5-10 years materials experience with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
2、Experience (type of) 具备经验( 种类 )
5-10 years materials experience with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
Training and documentation experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and good team spirit.
3、Specialized Knowledge 所需专业知识
A proven track record of cost savings, inventory turns improvement, and implementation of modern SCM approaches (including JIT, KanBan, Vendor Managed Inventory, and Lean Manufacturing).
Familiar with MS-Office;
Experience with ERP or MRP preferred.
