What we expect of you? 

Job Responsibility:

Marketing Support for equipment sales team including APE, PAF & PAL;

Order management.-Sales order booking, following until delivery& invoice issuing;

Contract Management- Check Contract Terms according to PT Policy & Prokura & File contracts as requested;

Reporting (OOH & OR & OI, Stock Report);

Provide professional & experienced knowledge to team members and sales if there is necessity;

Support Order & Logistic manager on internal control and project implementation;

Other ad-hocs from order & logistic manager;

College degree or above;

More than 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Sales / Marketing Support Function;

SAP experience is plus;

Very good English in both spoken and written;

Good computer skills including Microsoft excel skills;

Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
