Responsibilities:

1. Proposal draft prepare: including project teams bios, SAI’s qualification in the specific industry/topic and basic proposal template

2.Proposal coordination: coordinate internal secondary research team, senior management, and deadline submission

3. Business development

4. Manage and report upon lead status, account structural changes, and client satisfaction etc.

5. Sales call/meetings arrangement in Asia, including Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore and Japan

6. Customize marketing material based on client’s potential interest

Admin operation:

1.Update and manage SAI knowledge database and customer information database

2.Daily admin support senior management team sales activities

3.Internal customer system management and monitoring

4.Support financial team to prepare for payment documents

 

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent majored in English / Business / Management / Economics etc. Medical professional related is plus. 

Detail oriented and have strong work ethic, we value candidate with PRO-ACTIVE work attitude

Passion for sales and marketin with good service mind

Strong communication skills in English at a business level

Proactive problem solving capabilities & outstanding interpersonal skills

MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Fluent in English

Work 3-5 days a week for 3 months
