Our Finance HIPO program is targeting at high caliber fresh graduates or graduated young talents, the duration of which will be 3 years. The main purpose of this program is to find a person who is highly motivated and highly mobile.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Rotate job in each accounting function (GUI, Debtor, Creditors, GL) for 18 months.

Rotate job in regional finance team for another 18 months.

Learn knowledge and skills for competency development to be professional.

Take challenging projects or tasks guided by mentor to demonstrate professional potential of further development.

Identify strength and development space for future positions.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor degree/Master degree holder with graduation in Y2020 or Y2021
• High potential candidates with 1 year working experience are also considerable.
• Majored in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration or related is preferred.
• Highly mobile and dynamic to accept global assignment.
• With quick learning ability, team spirit and like able personality.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
