主要工作内容
?负责上海市及其周边地区,世递国际的现有客户和潜在客户
?对世递国际客户提供有效的服务并且可以开展向上销售和交叉销售
?通过选择标准(需要分析表)量化潜在收入和有效客户资源,以确保达成世递国际实现整体的销售/收入/利润指标。
?为客户提供标准报价。
?根据客户拜访周期计划去约见客户,进行月度更新和年度审查。
?监控和审查现有资源,根据现有的代理商,供应商,运输和航空公司合理安排运输流程,实现成本效益和高质量服务。
?开发新的代理商和供应商,加强国内工作网、基础设施的覆盖。不断提高解决方案和服务质量
?创建并实施战略计划,开发国内的操作能力。
?为代理商,供应商及其员工提供培训,以确日常操作流程合规且运行流畅。
?协调和管理直接营销方案并确保后续的跟进。
?向中国区业务拓展经理提供营销和销售支持。
?参加展会/展览。
?调查并解决客户的问题和投诉。
?在发生服务失误或服务相关业务的变化及时应主动联系客户,告知替代方案。
?操作/后台/支持人员进行积极有效的沟通,以确保高标准的客户服务。
任职要求:
1.大学本科及以上学历,2-3年在航空物流领域的销售经验者优先;
2.具备基本的配送和物流理念;
3.良好沟通能力和电话沟通技巧;
4.敏锐的商业嗅觉和商业洞察力;
5.熟练操作计算机(Excel,Word,PowerPoint,Outlook);
6.较强的英语口语和书面书写能力,流利的普通话;
ACCOUNTABILITIES
?To manage all existing and potential World Courier customers in Shanghai and its immediate surrounding regions.
?To service all World Courier customers effectively and identify and secure Up-selling and Cross-selling opportunities.
?To quantify revenue potential and validate customer information and needs through using the selection criteria (Needs Analysis Form) to produce quality leads and accounts to ensure World Courier achieves its overall sales/revenue/profit objectives and targets.
?To generate accurate quotations and closure for customers.
?To meet set call targets according to customer call cycle plan, which is reviewed yearly and updated monthly.
?Monitor & review the existing network capability, with all aspects including agents, suppliers, truckers & airlines, to achieve cost effective and high quality service.
?Develop new agents & suppliers to ensure strengthened domestic network, infrastructure & coverage. Continuous improvements in service solutions & quality.
?Create & implement strategies and plans to develop domestic Ops capabilities.
?Provide trainings to agents, suppliers and staff to ensure smooth running of daily operations and compliance with standard operations procedures.
?To coordinate and manage Direct Marketing programmes and ensure appropriate follow up.
?To provide marketing and sales support to National Business Development Manager.
? To participate in tradeshows/exhibitions.
?To investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints.
?To proactively inform customers of any service failure and relevant operational service changes timely, and the alternative actions taken.
?To liaise proactively and effectively with Operations/back-office/support staff to ensure a high standard of customer service.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
1.Preferably tertiary education with 2 - 3 years sales experience in related air-express industry preferred.
2.Basic knowledge of distribution and logistics concepts.
3.Good communication and telephone skills.
4.Commercial and Customer focus.
5.Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
6.Strong English and Mandarin (written and spoken) comprehension and communication is essential.
