POSITION DESCRIPTION
The HR manager is the Head of HR department and directly responds to the General Manager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Time management
Recording & maintenance of Personal Files
Handling welfare activities (Canteen, Supply of Uniforms and Shoes, etc).
Handling Statutory activities
Half-yearly Returns, Annul Returns, List of Holidays, Labour Welfare Fund, Factory license renewals and plan approval etc....
Maintaining Statutory Registers
Providing the First aid boxes & maintaining First Aid centers
Training and Development.
Periodic performance Appraisal and maintenance
Responsible for Employee Retention
Absenteeism monitoring and Control
Conducting Exit Interviews
Responsible for Manpower budget preparation
Handling PF & ESI
