The Digital Benefits Senior Data Analyst is responsible for developing the tools to automate the reporting for annual benefits survey, employee flexible benefits behavior as well as total rewards/benefits cost data analysis.  The tools will significantly help to improve reporting efficiency and forecast accuracy, as well as contributes to thought leadership insights from the data key findings.

Responsibilities

• Build up the optimum database structure for benefits data reporting
• Use the appropriate tools to carry on benefits data cleaning and analysis work
• Work closely with business, operation and IT team to understand the requirements and collect the necessary information
• Develop the user-friendly modeling/dashboard and provide the training to business team for use
• Provide insights from data analysis key findings, as well as market intelligence reports in employee benefits area
• Present solutions and recommendations for process improvement to business and operation team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Mathematics/Statistic, Computing Science, Data Analytics, MIS, Economics or above qualification preferred.
• At least 2 years of data analysis or equivalent experience in developing the data analysis tools
• HR data analysis related experience is a plus
• Strong ambition in data analysis work and fast learner on understanding business requirements
• A good team player and communicate efficiently with other team members
• Familiar with data cleaning tool, Excel, SQL and Tableau, etc.
• Flexible and be able to work in a team-based environment and under pressure
