About the Position:

This position is responsible for supporting the Recruitment and Marketing functions of Global and assisting in the promotions of Global programs ((ELICOS, Foundation Studies and Diploma programs) and services to key in-market stakeholders in China, i.e. students, their parents; education representatives, sponsors and sponsoring bodies.

This role will contribute to the marketing activities through the coordination of online marketing campaigns and social media activities to ensure that the recruitment targets are met.

Common Responsibilities:

· Comply with and promote agreed WHS practices, privacy provisions, agreed codes, policies and procedures, and conduct work in a respectful, safe and efficient manner

· Participate in and promote Global core workplace programs, including, but not limited to, those relating to performance and professional development

· Work collaboratively within the business group and across the organization to promote effective communication and information sharing

· Provide appropriate people and / or technical leadership commensurate with seniority / position in a way that demonstrates measurable contribution towards achieving the objectives

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate the timely and effective provision of digital marketing support to stakeholders including recruitment partners and the Global team

· Provide social media and e-sales support to the Recruitment team to ensure enquiries and issues are identified and addressed

· Liaise with the Marketing Communications Department on the preparation of new marketing collateral and website updates to ensure only approved information is used by the Recruitment Team and Education Representatives

· Liaise with the marketing team in head office to produce high quality social media content, maintaining and managing relevant platforms (E.g. WeChat and Weibo accounts)

· Assist in the planning and implementation of events and activities

· Provide support in translation (English to Chinese) and proofread promotional materials and student guides

· Provide accurate and timely reports on Global’s activities along with regular updates on competitor marketing activities - advertising, social media and other marketing campaigns

· Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships

· Undertake and manage Recruitment and Marketing related special projects when required

· Assist with other Recruitment and Marketing administrative or operational duties as required

Key Requirements:

· Excellent English and native Chinese speaking and communication skills, candidates with translation certificate are preferred

· Must have 1-2 years’ similar working experience in digital marketing in B2C environments

· Good market research and analytical skills

· Good project management and in-market stakeholders management skills

· Familiar with international education system and Chinese market and experience in international university recruitment is highly preferred

· Team player, can do attitude and a high level of initiative to complete tasks independently with a strong sense of discipline, flexibility and creativity
