职位要求：

自动化测试经验，或者手动性能测试经验

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute performance tests
• Use test and defect management tools
• Test and verify the product’s performance features
• Ability to learn and implement test automation

                    

        

Skills and experience include:   

Key Qualifications:

        

• Experience with Product Life Cycle management in a systems engineering environment
• Knowledge of Engineering Concepts
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographical regions
• Proactive, analytical and capable of influencing and providing decision support
• Team Player and self starter
• Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science/EE or related discipline

Essential skills:

• Minimum one year's testing experience in a system engineering organization
• Technically strong in test methodology, test design and test implementation
• Experience in function, usability and user experience test
• Good logical and system thinking
• Good problem solving skills
• Good English skills especially oral English
• Positive open minded attitude and works well with others

Desirable skills:

• Test automation and ability to write automated tests in one or more test automation tools/frameworks
• Experience or knowledge in SCRUM
• Programming skills
• Performance analysis and tuning
