Job Description
· Deep dive analysis into internal and external vast data to uncover opportunities
· Collaborate with end customer and internal cross-functional stakeholders to understand their
business needs
· Ensure the sustainability of existing analysis and develop new statistical analysis: Customer
Segmentation, Recommendation, Prediction, Scoring, Targeting, ROI, Association Product ...
· Being attentive to new data modeling methodologies and technologies to enable the sustainable
development
· Take full ownership, bring in ideas and kick off new data products and features which will benefit the
company
· Democratize data by building and socializing decision tools
· Evaluate and define products, customer and business metrics
· Shows a high level of skills in acquisition and application of vast knowledge areas over a short period
of time and requires a strong sense of personal responsibility;

· You are passionate and mastering on analyzing data and good at synthesizing the result and explore
the insights
· You have solid knowledge in statistics methods (scoring, classification…) and computing (database
management, informatics language…)
· Autonomy, energetic, detailed and adaptable will be your assets to succeed in this job
· Team spirit and can handle independent work
· Sportive, Creative
· Good communicator (written and oral)
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
· Master degree or PhD degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field with 2+
years’ experience applying data science techniques to real business problems
· Programming skills in SQL or Python or R or similar
· Applying techniques such as multivariate regressions, Bayesian probabilities, clustering algorithms,
machine learning, dynamic programming, stochastic-processes, queuing theory, algorithmic
knowledge to efficiently research and solve complex development problems and application of
engineering methods to define, predict and evaluate the results obtained;
· Responsible for the architecture design of models / strategies / algorithms for the innovative
applications, including but not limited to personal recommendation, predictive analysis, etc
· Fluent in English both write and speak
