Role Description:

1. Work with domain owner as Business Analyst to manage requirements.

2. Deliver business process and re-engineering solutions by effectively defining problem/scope, gathering/analyzing data, and structuring recommendations, creating presentations, and making compelling recommendations

3. Leverage expertise in a functional area to design the domain architecture

4. Guide & review internal teams, resolve architecture issues

5. Deliver architecture solutions spanning across multiple areas for projects

6. Identify & institutionalize best practices across the account & manage multiple analysts

Key Competency:

1. Bachelor degree and above in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field

2. 7-12 relevant working experience in an analytics and systems development capacity in a specific domain

3. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset

4. Experience with digital systems / applications such as websites, WeChat, SCRM, online SaaS platforms would be an advantage

5. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP would be an advantage.

6. Fluent English in oral and read
