我们正在寻找一位售后营销专家加入我们设在北京的大中华区服务部门。向售后营销经理汇报，该职位内部与服务，临床，销售，市场团队合作，外部与用户，康复中心，听力诊所，听力公司等对接合作。

  

在这个职位上，您将负责区域内的用户所有服务盈利相关工作，达成指标，所负责工作包含：产品推广，产品推荐活动举办，新产品试用，销售数据管理及分析，新产品学习和内部培训，对接渠道销售机会。

  

在此岗位上，您将通过与公司服务团队合作，完成服务盈利指标，提高客户满意度，提升客户体验，树立品牌形象，建立服务口碑。

  

关键需求

  

1.     正规大学本科以上毕业（临床，医学，听力学，特殊教育专业优先）

2.     3年以上客户端直销经验（有听力行业销售经验优先，有跨省分销售经验优先）

3.     熟悉并熟练使用office办公软件和CRM系统，例如：powerpoint，excel，word，等

4.     英语四级或以上，良好的英语听说读写能力（能够应对日常工作沟通）
