Job Summary / Job Purpose
- To support CORI RMs in GLBA/COV/ASI/CHINA MNC team to maintain and to deepen the relationship with a portfolio of existing MNC clients;
- To support RMs to originate new relationship, by offering pre-searching on client’s background on-shore, rating checking, presentation preparation etc;
- To identify and react to early warning signals on deterioration of counterparty risk and operation risk during his daily work and communication with clients;
- To support MNC China head to prepare statics analyst, presentation, reporting etc.;
- To support RMs to prepare documents, reporting required by internal counterpoises and compliance and to provide RM support including but not limited to document filing, daily mailing, print-out presentations for client meeting, CBA loan drawdown document collection, facility CP document collection etc;
- To prepare regular various industry analyst to support business development and manage the credit risk of the existing portfolio for the whole MNC client portfolio;
Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
- Apply strictly SG Operational Risk framework, including but not limited to: Incident declaration and escalation process;No breach of regulatory requirements
- Comply with Code of Conduct as well as other applicable laws and local regulations, internal policies, compliance rules and procedures (including but without limitation to those requirements from the aspects of Anti-money laundering, know your client, anti-fraud, data protection etc.);
- take responsibility to report any incidents, suspicious and fraud cases according to bank incident report mechanism/whistle blowing/ escalation requirement immediately. Maintain a high level of personal integrity and uphold the bank's ethical standard both in professional activities and personal conduct;
- Ensure that deadlines for compulsory tasks are met (with the proper level of quality);
- Contribute, as may be requested, to the La Fayette Program;
- Contribute to the Data Quality
- Know and respect the SRAB/Volcker laws requirements, in the performance of certain duties as reminded in handbooks;
- Operate in compliance with the mandate and with the Société Générale procedures established for the enforcement of the French Banking Law compliance and the Volcker Rule;
- Manage positions under sound and effective risk management including for achieving individual business objectives;
- Support MNC RMs to achieve annual budget, include but not limited to NBI budget, new client on-boarding, X-selling, RCGP and Rorarc objectives;
- Support RMs to Develop the MNC portfolio and the relationships with Global non-Chinese PCRUs for onboarding European / American / Asian corporate subsidiaries;
- Support RMs to develop the relationships with the key value-adding business lines, relevant to the strategic and target clients, and extend the BLs (GLBA, MARK, GTB) doing business with MNC.
- Support RMs to engage with clients to identify those for whom ESG / energy transition will be a subject, and work with the GLBA product lines as well as ENV/ASI from the summer on the initial approach to these clients; systematically look into potential ESG component to the funding and hedging requirements of our clients;
- CSR: Lead/Contribute/Participate in at least one global, regional and/or local initiatives that are outside the day-to-day job duties or operational objectives. Eligible initiatives include but are not limited to new business development projects, diversity network, staff club, CSR, innovation / continuous improvements, mentoring, culture and conduct, speaking up, helping colleagues from other teams.

Academic Background (degree and major)
- Master degree
Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how
- Working experience in finance sector
Skills & Competencies
- Solid accounting, financial and credit analysis skills
- Sound knowledge on different bank products, including commercial banking and investment banking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build up rapport quickly with clients
- Good presentation and negotiation skills as he/she will need to face to client’s junior staff for daily documentation and operational work
- Team playing, supportive and responsible to solve problems in tight time
