职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责屈臣氏的内容平台小程序“种草社”的运营和营销工作，整理分析运营数据及传播效果
2.对店铺全部环节的用户体验、服务或体验流程进行分析和不断改进；
3.有一定整合力，包括内部的商品，尤其是外部流量渠道的了解和整合能力；
4.深度分析用户需求与使用轨迹，制定用户增长的内容运营策略，不断提高用户裂变增长，提升DAU，PV等产品活跃度数据；
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上运营或产品经理从业经验，有美妆类产品运营或电商经验尤佳；
2.有小程序运营经验，以及全网流量的运营经验，能结合运营和流量的需求，创造出更多新颖的玩法，为小程序提供活性和粘性；
3.具有较强运营数据分析整理、文案撰写以及沟通表达能力。
