岗位职责：

1. Coordinates the planning and management of investment budget for production equipment replacements;

协调生产设备更换投资预算的规划和管理;

2. Ensures all tools and software (e.g. API PRO) are available for his/her department;

确保所有工具和软件（例如API PRO）可用于他/她的部门;

3. Conducts and controls the implementation of API PRO in the plant, according with standard specific procedures;

根据标准具体步骤，在工厂内实施和控制API PRO;

4. Ensures information exchange with PPE Central Function on specific topics (e.g. networking) ;

确保与PPE中央功能部门就特定主题（例如网络）进行信息交流;

5. Ensures support for investments budget regarding production equipment and PPE machineries;

确保对生产设备和PPE机械设备的投资预算的支持;

6. Ensures support for LTPM implementation and ensures following of the procedures;

确保支持LTPM实施，并确保遵循步骤;

7. Ensures support in development and improvement of maintenance related procedures;

8. Ensures support for movements of production equipment;

9. Ensures functionality of preventive and predictive, as well as unplanned maintenance process;

10.Ensures execution and performance of preventive and predictive, as well as unplanned maintenance for production equipment;

确保生产设备的预防性维护和预测性以及计划外维护的执行和性能;

11. Ensures execution and performance of yearly requalification for production equipment;

确保生产设备的年度重新鉴定的执行;

12. Coordinates the planning and management of activities in order to ensure technical availability of production equipment;

协调规划活动和管理，以确保生产设备的技术可用性;

13. Ensures planning activities and optimization of spare parts stock for production equipment;

确保生产设备的规划活动和优化备件库存;

14.Ensures reduction of unplanned maintenance activities through proper actions in preventive maintenance;

通过在预防性维护中采取适当行动，确保减少无计划的维护活动;

15.Ensures the input of all maintenance activities in API PRO (planned/unplanned maintenance activities, spare parts replaced, resource planning, etc.) ;

确保对API PRO中的所有维护活动（计划/计划外维护活动，备件更换，资源规划等）的输入

16.Ensures the updated list of obsolete production equipment in LISA market place.

确保将报废的生产设备清单在LISA市场中更新.

岗位要求/ Position requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above

本科及以上学历

2. Major in mechanical and electrical integration, mechanical, industrial engineering, etc.

机电一体化、机械、工业工程等相关专业

3. Relevant work experience more than 5 years

相关工作经验5年以上

4. More than 3 years team management experience

3年以上团队管理经验

5. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing

熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力

6. Experience in TPM and lean manufacturing

具备TPM，及精益生产相关经验
