ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB

· Implement LDC’s procurement policies and guidelines.

· Work with Platform / Logistics team to get logistics sourcing and contracts done.

· Be responsible for pointed Logistics purchasing activities for LDC China, and complete the tasks in time with agreed targets.

· Be responsible for Logistics contract management and filing.

· Initiative Logistics saving to meet procurement saving target as well as satisfying internal stakeholders

· Forecast Logistics market; continuously look for potential qualified suppliers and new opportunities.

· Work with internal stakeholders to set up suppliers’ KPIs, regular performance evaluation.

· Work with internal stakeholders to build up Logistics supplier pool and supplier management system.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED

- Supply chain knowledge, especially import related operations.

- Familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.

- Fluent English both in writing and oral expression.

- Sound commercial acumen & skill-set: analytical, excellent negotiation skills.

- Strong communication skill with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, demonstrated a solid and high self-motivated working enthusiasm.

- Excellent influencing, engagement, relationship development and management skills.

- Possess multi-tasking and continuous learning ability.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 5 years work experience in procurement and sourcing.

- Minimum 3 years Logistics related working background, grasping the knowledge of supply chain and purchasing.

- Bachelor degree must, major in supply chain is preferred.

- Proficient in accounting and cost management, better with CPA certificate.
