Responsibility
1. Implement corporate standards in the area of responsibility (e.g. Code of Ethics, Values, company identity, policies, procedures, etc.).
2. Work as the representative of or interface with client for the project assigned.
3. Assist sales and marketing team to prepare proposal/contract by providing timeframe, resource needed, and other support for the project in the negotiation stage.
4. Lead the tasks in the pre-construction stage in terms of permitting, bidding and design management.
5. Oversee technical and organizational management as well as the financial aspects of the project.
6. Negotiate significant changes in project specification or scope with the project client.
7. Prepare Project Implementation Plan to determine timeframe, funding, limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
8. Lead a team of subordinates, sub-contractors to execute projects in a timely manner, within budget and with optimum resources.
9. Monitor and analyze project activities against the business plans, analyze the business equation and, if necessary, take corrective actions.
10. Ensure the quality of the project (quality control on workmanship and material, schedule, cost, profitability, etc.).
11. Serve as the key contact for communication efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, and manufacturing status, inspection, installation, shipment issues.
12. Make review and comments for the weekly and monthly project report,
13. Prepare project close out or final report and provide lesson learnt for BV’s improvement.
14. Plan, implement and control the cost budget in the area of responsibility in cooperation with superior and manage activities in case of deviations.
15. Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project.
16. Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
17. Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.

Requirement

1. Bachelor college or above, with Engineering or related major

2. CWI or NDT or IWE or NACEII or Jianli qualification is needed

3. Crane industry background, with a third-party supervision industry background, 5-10 years of work experience

4. Have experience in European and American crane project supervisors

5. Able to accurately understand the needs of customers and have strong control over the project; Have basic skills in steel structure production, mechanical installation and painting inspection

6. Strong communication and coordination skills and team spirit

7. Strong English listening and speaking skills,

8. According to the project situation, the main work locations is changed, but mainly in Jiangsu province and Shanghai
