Responsibilities:

1 Have full picture of your business. Understand how your work impacts business goals – Sales achievement, and how to drive sales with traffic, conversion rate, ASP, customer experiences improvement etc. Use the careful data analysis to measure the initiatives based on your decision

2 Key Account Management skills with Etailors (e.g., Tmall, JD, etc.) and skills to BD (business development) opportunities on other new third party platforms;

    

维持与电商平台代表的良好关系（天猫、京东等）并BD其他第三方平台的业务关系

    

3 Campaign and promotion planning and execution to reach Sales target and ensure ROI yoy positive increase. Develop and implements action plans based on deep-dive promotion review and analysis.

    

电商促销的计划和执行，并且确保ROI有年比年的提升。 促销结束后要有促销的分析回顾并制定相应的改善计划。

    

4 Direct model daily operation skills (NO TP company), for example:

    

负责直营电商模式的相应部门的协调

    

4.1 Manage all contracts between these companies;

    

管理与所有相关公司的合同；

    

4.2 Manage order fulfilment, product delivery, refunds and new customer registration;

    

管理订单、产品运送、退款和新客户注册；

    

4.3 Facilitate and provide responsible use by team members of the ERP and CRM systems.

Requirements:

    

任职要求：

    

1 Bachelor degree or above in relevant major;

    

相关专业本科以上学历；

    

2 Minimum  5 years’ experience at E-commerce area in MNC or E-commerce agencies，or E-commerce platform

    

品牌方，电商平台或者代运营公司5年以上工作经验；

    

3 Strong Key Account management skills, business development skills and knowledge in business;

    

专注于电商平台大客户管理，电商平台业务的业务拓展及出色的业务知识；

    

4 Good user knowledge E-commerce business analysis with PC software

    

良好运用计算机软件进行电商业务分析， 从而带来业务的增长和生意机会

    

5 Background in digital marketing would be preferred;

    

有数字营销领域经验优先；

    

6 Experience in durable consumption industry or home appliance related brand will be a plus;

    

有耐用消费品行业或家电相关品牌工作经验优先；

    

7 Result oriented, data-analysis skills, Self-motivated, actionable, can-do attitude, eager to learn, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work;

8 Nice to have good communications skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese;
